You are out in your city meeting people directly. Your job is to start the conversation and book the appointment. What happens after that is someone else's job.

What you earn
€ 3,000 — an average — the fixed part is guaranteed by your contract, the bonus depends on how many appointments you book. This is an employed role with a normal salary, not commission-only work.
Your base does not move with a slow week. The bonus is what you build on top of it.

What you need.
- Fluent in the local language
- 18 or over, with the right to work here
- Reliable, and up for talking to people all day
No experience and no CV required. We hire on attitude and train the rest — most of our setters had never worked in sales before.

Is this an employed job?
Yes. You get a contract and a fixed monthly salary, with bonuses on top. This is not commission-only self-employed work.
Do I need sales experience?
No. Most people who start here have never sold anything. You are trained, and you work next to people who have been doing it a while.
Where would I work?

Is it full time?
We hire mainly full time, and there is some flexibility. We go through the hours on the call.
Do I need a car?
No. You work within a city area and travel with your team.
