These terms govern your use of fideratalent.com and any application you submit through it. They are published in English; where the site is translated, the English text of these terms is the version that applies.
Who runs this site

What this site is
This site describes opportunities to work as a self-employed field sales specialist or appointment setter, and lets you apply to be considered for one. Nothing here is an offer of employment, a job offer, or a contract. Submitting an application obliges neither of us to anything.
This is not employment
The field sales specialist role is self-employed. You are not our employee, you set your own hours, you are responsible for your own tax and social contributions, and you will need to be able to invoice — a sole trader registration or a company, depending on your country. You remain free to work with other clients.
Earnings information
Any earnings figure shown on this site is an average across existing partners, based on the working pattern described alongside it. It is not a promise, a guarantee, a minimum, or a projection of what you personally will earn. Income on a commission basis varies with effort, territory, market conditions and individual performance, and some partners earn considerably less than the average. Do not apply on the assumption that any figure shown here will be your income.
Who can apply
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the right to live and work, or to trade as a self-employed person, in the country you apply for.
- Where a role states a requirement — a driving licence, a language — you must actually meet it.
Your application
You confirm that the details you give us are true and your own. We may decline or withdraw an application at any point, and we are not obliged to give a reason. Places in each territory are limited and can close between the moment you read the page and the moment we speak.

Acceptable use
- Do not submit applications by automated means, or on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish the content of this site.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its forms, or its hosting.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, logo and name on this site belong to Ulfstedt Consulting Oy or are used with permission. You may read and share links freely. You may not reuse the content commercially without our written consent.
Accuracy and availability
We keep the market and role information here as current as we can, but it can be out of date at any given moment — particularly which territories are open. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost income or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes fall to the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
